Passion fruit paska “PornStar” with cream filling

The “PornStar” Paska is one of three special Easter breads created by Cheesecake Family in collaboration HRAM bar. Each flavor in this exclusive collection inspired by the bar’s signature cocktails.

The “PornStar” Easter bread is a curious interpretation of the provocative “Porn Star Martini” cocktail. As in the drink, bright passion fruit is the main protagonist here. It perfectly balances traditional sugar glazing of the Easter bread with exotic sour notes and adds character with its crunchy seeds. Notes of passion fruit are also felt in the perfect fluffy pastry, which we highlighted with natural candied orange. The most delicate part in the texture palette is the condensed milk cream filling.

But the cocktail is embodied in the “PornStar” Paska not only in the realm of taste and aroma. It playfully interacts with the drink visually as well. The natural yellow color of the pastry, achieved thanks to turmeric, draws a parallel with the rich color of the cocktail. The light icing cap and the texture of the filling symbolize the delicate white foam of this sour drink. But the most playful detail is a recognizable element of decor: a recognisable feature of the cocktail is the jelly passion fruit – jelly contained in a passion fruit slice. Therefore, our Easter bread also has a very minimalistic design and is decorated with a slice of passion fruit, but with an unexpected twist: it’s not jelly, but a handmade candle created in the fruit.

Ingredients: pastry – wheat flour, water, yolk, turmeric, dry milk, sour milk cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, honey, salt, butter, candied orange peel, passion fruit puree, yeast. Filling: condensed milk, cream, butter. Icing: sugar, gelatin, passion fruit puree with seeds.

The Easter bread is decorated with a handmade candle, and it is not edible.

Best before: our paska does not contain preservatives and is baked and filled with cream right up to the holiday. For the best flavor of the natural Easter bread with cream, the recommended shelf life is 4 days. It can be stored at room temperature.
