“PornStar Martini” Cocktail with a bottle of sparkling wine

Cheesecake Family and HRAM bar Easter collaboration is a collection of signature Paskas, inspired by the bar’s iconic cocktails.

The PornStar Martini cocktail is the prototype for our “PornStar” Easter bread with a creamy filling. A passion fruit sour with vanilla vodka, this cocktail, like our Paska, has a minimalistic presentation with a playful slice of passion fruit. In the bar, the fruit slice is turned into a jelly passion fruit, created from fresh passion fruit and it fully replicates the taste of the cocktail. On the Easter bread, we transformed this element into an artisanal candle in a slice of passion fruit.

The transference of the visual and taste characteristics of the cocktail into the Easter bread is a creative reinterpretation that we offer you to experience starting from the source of inspiration. Just add to the cocktail some sparkling wine, which comes with it, and enjoy.
