“Sin #6” Cocktail

Cheesecake Family and HRAM bar Easter collaboration is a collection of signature Paskas, inspired by the bar’s iconic cocktails.

The impressive pink cocktail Sin #6 is the origin for the Sin #6 Easter bread with filling. It is unique both in taste and in its stunning monochromatic presentation: in the bar, this pink drink in a geometric glass is accentuated by a soft pink cloud of sweet cotton candy. We have transformed the taste, aroma, and visual character of the cocktail into the form of a Paska. We invite you to discover the origins of our flavor stylization and enjoy the concept starting from the source.

The cocktail consists of Botafogo Spiced Rum infused with tonka nibs, Yoghurt Liqueur, blueberry syrup, grapefruit-lemon fresh and Angostura Cacao Bitter.
