Pink Paska “Sin #6” with cream filling

The intriguing pink Paska “Sin #6” is a part of signature Easter breads triptych created by Cheesecake Family in collaboration with HRAM Bar. Each Paska in this limited collection is inspired by the bar’s signature cocktails.

The prototype for this Easter bread with filling was the striking pink cocktail “Sin #6” – the sixth sin of “envy.” Sour-sweet, with a yogurt texture and a generous tender cloud of cotton candy, this anti-envy cocktail symbolizes charity. It is unique both in its taste and its impressive monochromatic presentation: the gently pink drink in a geometric glass is accentuated by a soft pink texture of sweet cotton candy.

The pink Easter bread “Sin #6” is a creative stylization of the spirit and character of the cocktail into a confectionery form. The combination of soft taste and visual textures of the cocktail is transformed into the fluffy fragrant pastry and delicate creamy filling. The sour notes of the cocktail in the Easter bread is symbolized by candied orange peel. And the childish sweet cotton candy in the decor is playfully hinted at by a combination of sugary marshmallow icing and airy pink meringues.

Best before: our paska does not contain preservatives and is baked and filled with cream right up to the holiday. For the best flavor of the natural Easter bread with cream, the recommended shelf life is 4 days. It can be stored at room temperature.
