“POPPY SEEDS CAKE” WITH CHERRIES

Poppy seeds cake with cherries appeared in our assortment last summer as a seasonal experiment and was originally supposed to be only served temporarily in cafe. But it was so appreciated by our guests that it has now become one of our bestsellers. And tested by time, it has taken its place now in the online store.

The idea was to create an exquisite and modern dessert inspired by traditional sweet dishes of Ukrainian cuisine. That is why poppy and cherry became the main ingredients. Cakes with crispy poppy seeds soaked in milk cream with cherry jam – quite simple, but so delicious!

We use only natural products of the highest quality and do not add preservatives, flavour enhancers, margarine, palm oil, colorants, or other harmful chemicals. This is why the cake is so delicate and taste better than home baked.

High, minimalistic, stylish, and without unnecessary chemical decoration – this cake is perfect for any party or festive occasion, as a birthday present or simply as a sweet surprise for a family dinner.

Ingredients: Homemade chocolate sponge cake: eggs, poppy seeds, sugar, vanilla sugar, milk, flour, baking powder, butter. Cream cheese frosting: powdered sugar, butter, cream cheese. Homemade cherry jam: cherries, water, sugar, cornstarch, lemon puree. Decoration: cherries, homemade raspberry gel (natural raspberry puree, agar, sugar, lemon juice, water)

This is a vegetarian cake, it does not contain gelatine, margarine, rennet
