Valentine’s Day is a celebration of love and extraordinary romance. Filled with pleasant surprises, sweet gifts, and delicate flowers, it seems to set a new date for the beginning of spring – February 14.

So, combining the key attributes of Valentine’s Day, in collaboration with qdecor florists, we have created the perfect gift dessert for such occasion – a white mousse heart-shaped cake decorated with live flowers.

This delicate natural cold dessert is incredibly light and tastes simply incredible! We have combined Italian cream cheese with white chocolate and mango-passion fruit confit and chose a light homemade sponge cake base. All made in-house with the highest quality ingredients, with no preservatives and artificial flavorings.

The heart-shaped cake with its velvety glaze and decorated with tender eustoma flowers – it`s hard to imagine a more fitting gift for a romantic celebration.

Composition: milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, chicken eggs (yolks), cornstarch, sponge cake (wheat flour, sugar, eggs), cream, cream-cheese, passion fruit puree, gelatin mass, mango puree, pectin.

This heart-shaped cake is decorated with real flowers, and they are not edible.
