The taste of strawberry and chia is ideal for those who like classic flavours, but with a dash of something exotic. This delicate cold mousse dessert is exceptionally light and soft. We combined airy cream cheese, aromatic strawberry puree and yogurt with chia seeds, and as a base we chose an airy sponge cake.

The dessert does not contain taste enhancers, preservatives, margarine, palm oil, etc. We use a natural food colorant in a thin layer of velvet coating, but the dessert itself takes all its color from the berries. And also, this is one of the most low-calorie desserts in our assortment.
