It`s the artisanal dessert, home-made and natural, and at the same time very stylish and simple. It`s just the perfect dessert for a Birthday Party or as a gift for a family celebration.

Tender and creamy, it will delight all aficionados of real cheesecakes. From the crust to the cherry coulis, this cheesecake is fully home made from the highest quality natural ingredients. This allows us to perfect the taste and texture of the dessert. No margarine, palm oil, flavor enhancers, artificial flavors, or colorants are used. And no preservatives either, so as befits a natural product, the recommended shelf life of the cheesecake is two-three days.

Ingredients: Homemade crust: flour, butter, egg yolk, powdered sugar. Cheesecake filling: Italian cream cheese, sugar, eggs, cream, vanilla sugar, cherries. Decoration: homemade cherry coulis (cherry, sugar, water, cornstarch, lemon juice).

This is a vegetarian cheesecake, it does not contain rennet, gelatin, or margarine.
