The oldest cheesecake recipe found in England consists of elderberry and other ingredients. We wanted to experiment and decided to make a cold-cooked cheesecake that combined soft mascarpone with expressive blueberry puree and fragrant elderberry. It turned out that elderberries surprisingly complement the already rich blueberry flavor, and when combined with cream cheese, white chocolate, and soft biscuit, all this turns into a sweet temptation that no one can resist.
